The project in brief
I created the instructions, handbook, and research structure for Marketing Practitioner: an open-source skill that helps AI agents research customers, shape strategy, and write marketing content. This self-directed project shows my research synthesis and marketing reasoning; it is not a client engagement.

From an interview finding to a defensible claim
The customer research handbook gives this example:
The statement “eight of ten interviewees mentioned migration difficulty” describes the sample; it does not establish that eighty percent of the market shares the concern.
The decision: use the interviews to identify a concern worth addressing, while keeping any numerical claim tied to the actual sample. That distinction lets a content brief explore migration questions without presenting a small set of interviews as a market-wide finding.
What I built into the guidance: separate source wording, observations, interpretations, and hypotheses. Keep conflicting evidence visible so the next writing decision can account for it.

From a benefit list to a message hierarchy
A long list of equally weighted benefits is not a message hierarchy.
The messaging chapter asks what the reader needs to understand first and what proof is available. A skeptical reader may need evidence early; someone already convinced of the value may need the remaining practical questions answered.
The design choice: organize guidance around the reader’s decision, rather than impose one page template on every assignment. The chapter explains when information order should change and why.

From a customer concern to a product claim
Customer research can show that a problem matters; it cannot establish that a product performs a capability it does not possess.
The writing decision: customer evidence helps decide which problem to explain. Product facts and demonstrations support what the copy can say the product does. The handbook keeps those two uses of evidence separate.

The problem I addressed
An AI-generated answer can read well while making the wrong marketing decision: overstating a research finding, inventing a product claim, or revisiting positioning that was already agreed.
I designed the skill to identify the current assignment and consult the guidance needed for it. A rewrite can stay focused on writing; a positioning choice can call for more investigation.

How the research became usable
I organized the work into task instructions, specialist handbook chapters, and source references. Research records retain the supporting material, competing ideas, and rejected expansions. An agent can retrieve focused guidance; a reader can inspect its basis.
The project synthesizes existing research and practical methods, with attribution to the original sources. My contribution is the synthesis, structure, and guidance, not the underlying empirical studies.

What this work demonstrates
You can inspect how I turn broad material into a usable reference, explain a marketing decision, and match the strength of a claim to its support. Those capabilities are relevant to content briefs, message structure, and evidence-based rewrites.
This case presents the published methodology and writing. It does not report client traffic, revenue, or conversion outcomes.
